I've always had a passion and knack for language. I was that kid who thought it was cute to correct adults' grammar whenever I could! I've learned not to offer my opinions unsolicited, but I still love putting them to use when I can actually be helpful.

I've been an independent proofreader and copyeditor since 2017. I love reading, I love learning new things, and I love to make good writers sound even better.

If I'm not proofing words I'm probably proofing dough – I'm an avid baker, especially of bread! I live in beautiful Nova Scotia, Canada, with my husband and two children.
